Poem

A few years ago my sister JaNae wrote a poem about me. She framed it and gave it to me for my birthday. I have it sitting on my dresser where I can read it every day. It makes me smile to realize what other people see in me. It has help me over many bumps in my life and encourages me to know that people can see good things in me. Thank-you JaNae

A dazzling smile
Despite life's sadness

Instigator of fun

to give others gladness

Compassionate and generous

to those in need

Creative, enthusiastic

A friend indeed

Strengthened by burdens

She's been called to bear

Giving her empathy

And insights to share

Embracing life

Without holding back

Being led by the spirit

Along life's track
