Nathan and I went on a 12 mile bike ride this morning. Syracuse has a nice trail system that connects with Clinton and West Point. I did learn something this morning: I need to lower my handle bars at my spinning class to be more realistic with a real bike. I think I am going to feel that in my back tomorrow. After a nice ride Nathan mowed the lawn and I used the weed eater so I think that should count for a full days work out! It is such a wonderful time of the year to be outside and enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.

Wow! I'm impressed. I can't even balance a bike anymore. I agree, your activities today certainly count for a full day's workout.
