Most of the tree's were just "normal" tree's decorated very beautiful. There were two that was very unique one is the green blown glass tree that I have a picture of. Then the other one was made all out of wood and was like a marble game where you put a marble or ball in at the top and it runs down to the bottom going through all sorts of a maze, it is pictured below also. They were beautiful and I noticed that I loved every tree that was done in gingerbread. Maybe I'll do my tree in gingerbread next year. I have included a few pictures just for fun. Next on our "bucket list" to view the floats in July prior to the day's of 47 parade in the Salt Palace where it is nice and cool!

We were at the Festival of Trees yesterday too! We were there from 3to 6 PM, but didn't see it all because we didn't take Nathan's stroller and... well, he went at his own pace. Too bad we didn't know you were there. We could have said hi. I loved the glass tree! Our nepphew, Jake, performed in a Jr. High Orchestra at 4:30. All of Dave's siblings that live around here were there is support Jake. It was fun.
We used to go to the Festival of Trees every year until we moved to Idaho. I loved it. The boys used to perform with Sunshine Generation & would perform at the Festival.
Now, we go to the Festival of Lights instead. Don-Mike drives the Big J's float every year.

We had a blast didn't we!! It was a great day.
