Quilting class

It is no secret how I hate Januarys so I decided to do something fun to help pass the time. A local quilt shop was offering a class so Tammy and I signed up to take it. It will actually go all year and we meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

The book we will be working out of is by Jill Finely. She came to our 1st class and gave us a little preview and taught us how to appliqué. There is a lot of that in her book. It should be fun!
