Another new year!

I have taken a year off (or two) from blogging and I have to say that I really miss it! Maybe not so much the actual blogging but the fact that I do it and at the end of the year I have everything all compiled in one place and with a click of a button I can print it out into a book. So I have decided to do my blog again, not that I am really doing it for anyone to read but doing for myself and if anyone else wants to read it that is ok to. I feel bad that I have not kept it up, I guess I did not realize how valuable and priceless it was until I look back and see what I have missed.

It looks like we finally have a little bit of winter! It is the most signifigent snow fall we have had in a few years. We are very spoiled with nice winters here compared to the frozen tundra of Idaho where we used to live.
