Nathan and I took a hike up Adam's Canyon instead of going to the gym today. It was a beautiful hike and took about 3 1/2 hours.
The first part and the last part of the hike was up hill but the mid section was fairly nice.
There is a funny story that goes with this picture: It is only funny because Nathan always thinks through everything so much, he knows what his next move is before he does anything, he has a plan for everything. So when the trail made a quick turn and he forged the river without looking ahead to see where the trail went he found himself across the creek up against a rock with no place to go and with wet feet!! We had to have a good chuckle.
