This is one way to can the chicken fast!!! We did 50 lbs of chicken in 1 canning session. Each canner holds 21 pints. I have had my original canner since we were 1st married but last summer I found another one at a garage sale for $10.00!! I had Nonavee do a pressure test for me at her extension office and invested in new gages and they are both as good as new!!! Oh and by the way...I was busy that day and Nathan really did all of the canning. I love him!!!
